Fulfilment
Individual licences
To complete the fulfilment process, please follow the below steps once you have purchased your licences:
- Please provide the required fulfilment information. You can do this by going to your My Account page and scrolling down to ‘E-learning Courses’, where you can select ‘Add delegate(s)’.
- Please provide the required delegate information. Please enter this information carefully as it cannot be amended once saved.
- New users will receive an email from the GRC eLearning Learning Management System (LMS) with their log-in details and a link to the e-learning course. Existing customers will just receive an email with a link to the e-learning course.
Please note: Delegates must access the course via the link in the email they receive in order to activate the e-learning course.
Corporate licences
To complete the fulfilment process, please follow the below steps once you have purchased your licences:
- Please provide the required fulfilment information. You can do this by going to your My Account page and scrolling down to ‘E-learning Courses’, where you can select ‘Add company details’.
- If you are a new customer, please enter the required company information and administrator details. After you have registered your company details and assigned an administrator, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this safe as it will contain important information that you will require for future e-learning licence purchases. Your assigned administrator will also receive an email stating the next steps.
- If you are a registered company, please enter your Company ID (Short Name) and press save.
- The administrator will now be able to manage the booking via the GRC eLearning Learning Management System (LMS).
- You will then be able to allocate your licences:
- For up to ten users: add the email addresses of your employees into the LMS when prompted.
- For more than ten users: upload a CSV file containing the email addresses to the LMS.
- New users will receive an email from the GRC eLearning Learning Management System (LMS) with their log-in details and a link to the e-learning course. Existing customers will just receive an email with a link to the e-learning course.
- Customise the course with your branding using the LMS. Go to the edit company page and upload your logo. You can also update the colours by adding the hex code to a short piece of CSS code. It’s easy to do, and our team will be on hand to support you where required.
- Add your documentation to your organisation’s dedicated wiki within the LMS. Adding important policies, imagery and relevant information helps keep your staff informed.
